DALLAS: Dallas is still smoking hot…Especially North Dallas!

Oil prices are NOT negatively impacting Dallas at all. In meetings today with a developer, 2 general contractors and a land broker I felt the positive energy of the real estate community. Everybody is very busy with no slow down in sight. North Dallas up the tollway is still a huge focus…even north of Celina where 1200 acre tracts are being assembled for large master planned communities.
