Members of the Philadelphia Mastermind Group were treated to a special presentation by one of the group’s Founding Members, Joseph Reagan, Vice President of Development at Wexford Science + Technology (pictured above at top right). He led an in-depth discussion on the development taking place in University City highlighting plans to create more than just a physical space, but a mixed-use community that combines all the elements necessary for innovation. Well served by mass transit and with walking and biking accessibility, it’s an ideal urban, walkable environment. Only 23% of University City employees drive to work.
