Crime is down 88% in 3 areas The climate is changing around the Atlanta airport area and Gerald reports finding favor with the city who is considering mixed use development around the airport and persuaded that Class A office and residential development is a possibility. College Park has almost 200 acres on the market and Hapeville has approved a $150M mixed use project.
