Jim Durrett, Executive Director of the Buckhead CID, was guest speaker at the Atlanta Perimeter Mastermind Group Meeting. He updated the group on plans for the Buckhead Park Over GA 400, an innovative concept for keeping Buckhead green and pedestrian friendly. More pedestrian traffic is expected in the area as multi family development continues in Buckhead. PATH 400 will come into the park situated over the Marta Station and it will feature a pedestrian bridge over GA 400 as well connecting to Lenox Road. The 2400 FT long park has a width of 230-280 FT with a total area of 409,750 SF. Finalized plans for the project will be determined and approved by July.
