Attendees of the Dallas Mastermind Group’s March meeting heard from guest speaker Kent Donahue, President of Donahue Development Corp. The company is developing a 262-acre residential, mixed-use, and entertainment community on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, Texas, north of Dallas. The community will feature an 8-acre Crystal Lagoon (the first Texas installation of Crystal Lagoons’ patented, state-of-the-art technology that enables crystal clear lagoons of unlimited sizes to be built anywhere, making a beach lifestyle possible anywhere in the world) and a state-of-the-art show fountain, in addition to parks, trails, shops, restaurants, and myriad amenities.
