The Philadelphia Mastermind Group was treated to a special presentation on the Comcast Technology Center from members at Talson Solutions. Valentine Soribe and Jaret Richardson gave fellow members a look into the $1.5 billion dollar, 60-story high-rise, which boasts not only office space for Comcast employees, but also a Four Seasons Hotel, NBC 10 and Telemundo studio space, a top-of-the-line cafeteria, and a high-end restaurant from a world-class celebrity chef. The building is a testament to elegance and sophistication, merging high-tech innovation – with features like chill beams, redundancy power, lighting control and destination dispatch – with beautiful, modern design elements, such as the Sky Garden, which is a communal space that allows light to travel from one end to the other. Talson also highlighted their team approach to project management and discussed the challenges and rewards of working with a large number of companies and organizations to bring together such a monumental project for the city.
