On the commercial side, Andrew reports an uptick in owner-occupied, single-tenant retail, including fast food, car washes and oil change/tire facilities, throughout Bohler’s east coast footprint. Mixed-use development is healthy in high-end urban areas and suburban pockets, and industrial in the 85 corridors remains stable.
