Our Northern New Jersey Chapter enjoyed two timely and informative presentations focused on the region’s commercial real estate market.
A special thank-you to Jared Koeck with CoStar Group for providing a valuable update on the multifamily market and the trends influencing investment, development and performance throughout the region.
We also appreciate Hal Rodriguez and Chris Hawksell with Valley Bank for sharing their perspectives on the current state of commercial lending in Northern New Jersey. Their insights into financing conditions, lender activity and today’s evolving capital environment generated an engaging and relevant discussion.
