Debbie Frank, the Director of Transit Oriented Development at MARTA, provided insight into MARTA’s plans to create value for their patrons and the surrounding communities. Debbie’s department manages MARTA’s land holdings which currently generate about $7 million in revenue annually. Debbie discussed the various development projects going on in and around the current MARTA stations, which will double the annual revenue within the next 5 years.
