The main takeaway: the deals showed up in 2015, creating a strong market in different asset classes. We were the 3rd strongest office submarket in the first half of 2015; the retail market is stable with forecast of growth exiting 2016; industrial is stable, not a lot of movement, with focus on modern industrial facilities; and apartments, the hottest asset class, saw 127 trades with a total of 19,000 units traded at an average sale price of $95,000.
